ELB project management and consulting represents the client in receipt of the government funding and / or supports in the funding application process for their project. ELB represents the client throughout the funding, planning, building and occupation phase by coordinating all stakeholders and processes to meet the ministries requirements. This allows the client to stay focused on their core business operation while the project proceeds.
